Firstly apologies. We aim to get your product to you in new condition although occasionally, damage does occur in transit.
Please Contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your Name and Order number.
We will arrange return of the item and a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product.
It will be at your cost though and must be within 60 days of receipt of the product.
Please Contact us at Whizz Kids Toys for a Returns Authorisation Form which we will email to you.
Complete the form with your name, order number and reason for return and include the form in your returns parcel. Attach the returns address portion of the form onto the outside of the parcel.
Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit.
You will receive a refund to the value of the product. I’m afraid that this refund does not include outbound shipping costs though.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed.
Payments back to your credit card may take between 3 -5 days. You will be notified by email when the payment has been made.
We try to ensure that our products are of a high quality but occasionally, a defect might occur.

We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement part or request that you return the product to us or the manufacturer. In this instance we will supply a complete new product or issue you with a refund for the product costs including return shipping.
Only when you are issued with a Return Authorisation Number can the product be returned.
Where you are returning a product to us, we take no responsibility for a product lost in transit.
All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed and you will be notified by email.
